Peveril Homes - Stapleford - Field Farm
Currently in build 132 Plots for Peveril Homes. This site is a mixture of HAs and private housing. Numerous LABC regional awards have been received on this site including the best development of the year in the North of England with 100+ units on. It is a fast paced build due to great sales and 60 plots were completed in the first year alone making the awards more impressive due to the pace not allowing quality to drop. Stunning site and just awarded the next phase consisting of 3 plots and 200 in total!
Peveril Homes - East Bridgford - Kneeton Grove
Currently in build 88 Plots for Peveril Homes. This site is a mixture of HAs and private housing. New Contracts are amazing but repeat work for the same client is huge for us as good partnerships and long term relationships are a key part of our company values. The Labc recently shot a promotional video on this site to attract new inspectors!
Peter James Homes - Hemlock Gardens - Bramcote
Currently in build 167 houses for a new client in Peter James Homes. This is a mixed site of HAs and private plots with stone and brick dwellings. Started in May 2025, 40 plots have been completed and tiled in the first 8 months. The client wanted a fast paced start to this site and we were happy to oblige.
Tanbry Construction ltd - Barlow Street - Derby
Currently in build and recently topped out 12 HAs consisting of two blocks of 6 flats currently in build and close to completion for returning client Tanbry Construction Ltd.
Tanbry Construction ltd - Noel Street - Kimberley
Currently in build footings have just commenced for 9 timber frame units for Tanbry Construction Ltd,. Another repeat client who over the years a great relationship has been formed. We will keep you updated with photos as the site progresses!

Wybourne
This was a project in Sheffield consisting of two low rise blocks containing a mixture of 12 apartments for the use of social housing and ground floor community centre for Tanbry Construction ltd who we have completed numerous projects mainly in the construction and social housing market. A glazed brick was used for certain elevations which although proved challenging with our skilled team left a fantastic finish.
Breadsall-Durose Country Park Redrow Homes
This was a 230 plot site for Redrow homes completed in summer 2022, this site had a very fast build rate including 100 roofs (inc garages) and 75 Cml`s completed in one calendar year, at times testing with good solid teamwork from all sides this was achieved with quality still at the forefront of all completed plots.
Kirkby in Ashfield
Recently completed in May 2024 for Peveril Homes this 54 plot Development was bult out by our Bricklayers in 13 months. Due to being all HAs this was a sold site so hence the fast paced programme.
Ashbourne - Oaklands Park
This was a 114 plot site originally started for Radleigh homes and then completed under the Redrow Homes name due to a buyout midway through the build. An Nhbc pride in the job was achieved on this site.
Bath Street
This is the largest construction job we have carried out to date 82 extra care apartments spread over 4 stories. This development also featured a restaurant cafe and shop along with hobby and therapy rooms. This job required a lot of teamwork with the site team and groundwork contractor due to the number of different strength walls in the footings and a large flood defence wall incorporated into the building.
This is just a small glimpse of an extensive portfolio of jobs of all size and stature.
Stretton-Knights Keep Redrow Homes
This was a 100 Plot site carried out for Redrow homes, this was the first site for the East Midlands Division of Redrow Homes formed in Feb 2017.
